What is Strobing Makeup?  
The term "Strobing" is derived from "Strobe", the lighting (flash lamp) used in studios.  It is a contouring makup technique that expresses an instant lighting effect similar to that produced with the burst of Strobe while taping.

How to Use:  Use after applying Strobing Cream.  Dispense an appropriate on the puff by pressing the front part of the container and gently apply on the entier face.
