Pricing:

All prices are excluded shipping costs and sales tax. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping:

Order will be prepared and shipped within 24~48hours after receiving it. All orders are shipped by Fedex. You can track your order status through Fedex.ca. Delivery between 1 day to 8 days after the order date depending on geographic location.

We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. We also accept International credit cards. Our website is encrypted and protected by GeoTrust, guaranteeing that your details stay secure and private.

Return and Exchange:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Holika Holika purchase, please contact our customer service by email [email protected] or call us at 1-905-604-7500 (Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time) and simply return the purchased products within twenty-one (21) days of the delivery. Please note that all promotional products, including free samples and gifts with purchase, must be returned. We will be happy to credit your account for the amount of the purchase.

We recommend that you return all products unopened and in the same condition in which they were delivered via FedEx and that you send your return via FedEx for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We’re sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns or exchanges for purchases made online may not be accepted for return or exchange at a Holika Holika Store

We’re sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a Holika Holika retail store or partnered retail location may not be returned to holikaholika.ca. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through holikaholika.ca, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution. In the event you are unable to return to the place of purchase, please contact our customer service at 1-905-604-7500 (Monday to Friday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time) for assistance.

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through holikaholika.ca. All store purchases may only be returned to Holika Holika Stores within the country of original purchase. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.
